The koi pond is a feature of most Japanese gardens that serves both aesthetic and practical purposes.
The Koi fish (鯉, carp) is a symbol of courage and perseverance, luck, prosperity, and good fortune, and perhaps the most iconic fish in Japan.
According to legend, the koi are so strong that they can swim up upstream and even up to the top of a waterfall. After overcoming the challenges and facing many difficulties, a koi fish that reaches the top of a waterfall will turn into a powerful dragon.
Handmade by master artisans, the pendant dimensions are 30 by 10.6mm weighing 2.74g. The stone is a cultivated freshwater pearl.
The pendant comes with a 60cm long silver chain 1mm thick.
